Big Feet Mode
To get "Big Feet Mode", at the level select screen input: C-Down, R, Z, C-Right, C-Left.
Ghostly Chatting
One Embassy fuction, kill the first guard near the restroom with a rocket laucher, kill the civilian sitting in the chair beside the restroom, wait for the guard to come and kill him with a rocket launcher, then go down and kill all the civilians in the hallway with all the paintings, then go to the ballroom and kill the last one or two guard(s), then kill everyone in the ball room EXCEPT the women in the red dress, now go into the restroom and let the women follow you, once she's inside kill her, now go back into the ballroom and you'll still hear everyone talking, even though they'll dead.
Kid Mode
At the level select screen input: C-Down, C-Up, R, L, Z. You will hear Ethan confirm. This
code enables "kid" mode -- all players are small and kid-like. Contributed by:

Turbo Mode
To get "Turbo Mode", at the level select screen input: C-Up, Z, C-Up, Z, C-Up
until you hear a Horn honking and Ethan saying "Ah, That's better!" Contributed

Wierd Glitch
At the very beginning of the sation(the sniper level), shoot. You should shoot as soon as the crosshairs come up but don't try to anticipate it. If you did it right you should have killed the gaurd closest to Ethan. The second gaurd will then bust out a rapid fire 7.65mm silenced gun and kill a few civilians, you will live. The wierd part is that Ethan keeps walking as though they gaurds still have him at gunpoint. If you let Ethan travel out of the screen, you will still fail the mission.
Meet the Infogrames Team After you complete Mission: Impossible
on "possible," wait till the credits are over. You will now be able to go back into the Embassy and meet the Mission: Impossible (second) design team. Talk to all the people (until your health bar is full) -- then you will get a bonus animation of Ethan, that little devil.
Mini Rocket Launcher
To get the Mini Rocket Launcher press R, L, C-left, C-right, C-down at the level select screen. This will give you the mini rocket launcher and 30 rockets in levels where you can't usually get one. NOTE: If you did the code correctly Ethan will say "There, that's better."
7.65 Silenced Pistol with 30 Rounds
At the level select screen, press: C-Up, L, C-Right, C-Left, C-Up. If you've done it correctly you'll hear Ethan say, "Ah, that's better."
High Powered 9mm Pistol with 30 Rounds
At the level select screen, press: R, L, C-Down, C-Up, C-Up. If you've done it correctly you'll hear Ethan say, "Ah, that's better."
Uzi with 30 Rounds At the level select screen
press: C-Right, C-Left, C-Right, C-Down, R. If you've done it correctly you'll hear Ethan say, "Ah, that's better."
